It depends on the size and location of the dent on the panel. For a small accessible dent it can take anywhere from 30 mintues to an hour. For more extensively damaged panels ie. hail damaged vehicles (which can have an excess of over 1000 individual dents) it can take anything upto three days.
99% of dents can be repaired inorder that the panel is returned to its origianl form and no remains of the damage can be seen. Larger dents can be significantly improved if not entirely removed thus improving the asthetics of the vehicle.
It really depends of the location of the dent, but generally speaking dents upto the size of a tennis ball can be removed entirely using this process. And as previously mentioned larger dents can be significantly improved if not entirely removed.
